All wood used for the pens is from sustainable
sources, no tree is felled just for the sake of
it. Most of the English woods used come as
by-products of the tree pruning/forestry
industry, furniture makers or reclaimed from old
properties. Occasionally from wind blown trees
and drift-wood. The foreign exotic woods used
are bought in from abroad and come from the same
type of renewable sources.

Some of the pens are made from man-made
alternative materials, such as Ivory, Coral,
Horn.

There are also man-made Polyester Acrylic's,
these normally have very striking colours and
patterns within them.

The metal components from the pens are sourced
from specialist suppliers in the USA and are
thus fairly unique in the UK. |
