I began woodturning 5 years ago and soon developed an interest and skill in turning pens.

My working life as a gardener has given me a passion for, and knowledge of trees that is unique.

This is reflected in the way I work with the wood to expose it's natural and enduring beauty. My pens are now on disply in a number of galleries and also with collecters world-wide.   

 I am also a keen photographer, my photographs of trees inspiring many of my designs. Please look in my gallery for a few of my pictures.
